It is free to enter competitions and prize draws. Some third party promotions may feature premium rate entry.

This prize draw are NOT open to employees of RH, or any agency connected with this prize draw or family members of any of these organizations.

To enter this prize draw you must be over 18 years old and resident of UK. Any entries collected for persons under 18 years old or outside of UK will not be entered into the prize draw nor will entries that we deem to be invalid.

The prize draw shall be governed by the laws of UK.

By registering the participant agrees to all the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

We reserve the right to alter the rules or add new additional prize draws at any time.

Prize draw winners selected randomly by computer software within 30 working days of the prize draw closure date.

Winners will be notified by telephone on the landline or mobile phone number provided on registration.

Winners will be asked to provide a recent photo in response to their prize draw claim.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes will be delivered to the address held on the registration page for the prize draw winner unless otherwise requested.

All prizes must be claimed within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Thereafter the prize claim will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another prize draw.

We reserves the right to redraw the prize draw winner if contact with the original winner cannot be made.

Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by us or any agency connected with the prize draw and as sign all rights necessary for promotion, publication or of such entries to RH. Winners agree to grant RH or any agency connected with the prize draw the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

We do not accept liability for entries or prizes that are lost, damaged, undelivered or not received.

By registering, participating in the questionnaire and submitting information, respondents are agreeing to receive marketing offers from RH and/or its sponsors/partners.

By registering, the consumer agrees to 3rd party consent terms that their information may be used for sales and marketing contact regarding products and services that may be of interest, as detailed in the published privacy policy on the website.

Our prize draws may be promoted over more than one website simultaneously.

Entries of eligible participants submitted by 23:59 on the closing date of the draw will be included in the draw.

Prizes images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer.

Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification or cash price of the perceived value will be substituted.

All prize draws close on the dates specified unless specified otherwise.

The closing date for each prize draw will be specified in each of the prizes terms and conditions. We will stipulate the final entry date for each competition and the number of entries we will accept before the closing of the draw.

We reserves the right to extend the close date if the minimum number of entries to the prize draw is not equal to the number of entries received as at the close date.

We reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside their control.
